Spiritual Care at End of Life encourages all health and social care professionals to be mindful of the critical role spiritual wellness plays in the quality of life of those we care for. The programme builds awareness of our need to address and understand the spiritual care needs of our patients and their families. It also offers tools and skills to assess and address spiritual needs.
