Provides current and consistent information in a supportive and enlightening environment for all family members, friends and members of the community who are managing the life limiting illness of a family member.

Benefits: Support and education for family and professional carers

Topics include:

  • Moving and handling techniques
  • Equipment hire, use and maintenance
  • Access to resources and onwards referrals
  • Self care and support networks

Cost: No charge, although a gold coin would help cover the cost of refreshments
Venue: Living & Learning Centre 206 Swanson Road, Henderson
